Abstract
This study discussed the result of the tracer study of the graduates of Bachelor of Science in Business Management major in Marketing batch 2012 and 2013, Cavite State University – Bacoor City Campus. The objective of this tracer study was to describe the demographic profile of the respondents; identify the opportunities for employment; determine the level of satisfaction of the graduates on their current job, reasons for satisfaction and dissatisfaction’ identify the level of usefulness of the training in the undergraduate level to the needs of the job; identify the recommended changes of the alumni to improve the competitive edge of graduates in the field of training.
The respondents of the study were the graduates from batch 2012 and 2013, Cavite State University – Bacoor City Campus through quota sampling. Survey approach was used to describe the employability of Business Management majors in Marketing Management graduates’ batch 2012 and 2013. Descriptive statistical tools such as percentage and weighted mean were obtained to assess relevant information to serve the purpose of the study.
Based on the findings of the study, the respondents of batch 2012 and 2013 were mostly living in the country, the majority of the respondents were female graduates. Minimum age of the respondents was 24 years old and maximum age was 41 years old. Majority of the respondents rated themselves “Very Good” in academics when they were students.
Majority of the respondents were employed in a private company. Most of them acquired their first job within months after actively looking for work. However, the reasons for dissatisfaction on their job were poor prospects for promotion and not enough opportunities for self-fulfillment. The reason for the job delay from batch 2012 was lack of job opportunity and for batch 2013 was emotionally ready for employment wehen they first looked at their job.

Description
This tracer study examined the employment outcomes of graduates of the Bachelor of Science in Business Management major in Marketing Management from Cavite State University – Bacoor City Campus, batches 2012 and 2013. The study aimed to describe the demographic profiles of graduates, identify employment opportunities, assess job satisfaction levels, determine the relevance of undergraduate training to their jobs, and gather alumni recommendations for improving graduate competitiveness. Using quota sampling and a survey approach, data were collected and analyzed with descriptive statistics. Results showed that most graduates were female, aged 24 to 41, and rated themselves “Very Good” academically. The majority worked in private companies and found their first job within months of searching. Dissatisfaction stemmed mainly from limited promotion prospects and lack of self-fulfillment opportunities. Job delays were attributed to job scarcity (2012) and emotional readiness (2013).
