This study was conducted to determine the dispute settlement processes of the lupong tagapamayapa within Brgy. Molino VI located in Bacoor City, Cavite. The research evaluates the lupong tagapamayapa role in community justice and investigate settlement tactics as well as documenting encountered barriers. This research creates policy-based knowledge that functions as a reference model for future studies about community-driven dispute settlement systems. Hermeneutic phenomenology served as the qualitative research method of choice because it allowed researchers to explore the sincere experiences of lupon members through their lived experiences in reality. Data collection involved purposive sampling methods while thematic analysis served as the research analysis technique. The lupon manages conflicts in the community concerning different matters including property issues, debt collections, and disputes between neighbors. The lupung tagapamayapa faces main obstacles in their work which are the handling the different personalities of others and the emotional burden while winning over disputants who refuse to work together. The research reveals that ongoing training programs together with organizational backing and efficient communication approaches help resolve the specified difficulties. The lupong tagapamayapa creates peace and order conditions in barangays by using mediation while working together with various parties. The study suggests members of lupong tagapamayapa to participate in workshops before admission while offering feedback avenues and ongoing training that aids dispute resolution success and strengthens community unity.  

The results of this study show that the experiences of the lupon are consistent as they share a common goal of amicable settlement. Lupong tagapamayapa performs their function in accordance with the law that mandates them. As they practiced being committed and devoted to service they became a key part of the local governance especially in promoting peace and order as well as maintaining the harmonious connection of people in the barangay. Through social innovation and organizational support they may continuously learn and develop their skills toward dispute resolution.
