The Study was conducted to analyze the attributes that influence theme resort
attractiveness at the selected resorts in Dasmariñas City (Tubigan Garden Resort, Coco Valley Richnez Waterpark). Specifically, the study aims to examine and analyze the socio-demographic profile of the respondents with a specific focus on age, sex, and marital status, to investigate the attributes influencing the theme resort experience in Dasmariñas, with a particular emphasis on two key variables: Activities and Natural Attractions. To investigate the influence of resort attractiveness on guest experiences in resorts located in Dasmariñas. Specifically, the study will delve into three key variables: destination attractiveness, accommodations, and special events.
Results shows that the most guests are within the age of 18 – 25 years old
constituting 73% of the total. This indicates a significant representation of young adults in the selected resort in Dasmariñas City. In terms of Sex 71% of the respondents are Female. In terms of marital status 81% of the respondents are single. The general weighted mean in attributes that may influence theme resort in terms of activities is 3.50 with verbal interpretation “strongly satisfied.” The general weighted mean in terms of natural attractions is 3.61 with verbal interpretation “strongly satisfied.” The results shows that the general weighted mean in theme resort attractiveness the influence the guests in resorts in Dasmariñas City in terms iof destination attractiveness is 3.56 with verbal
interpretation “strongly satisfied.” The general weighted mean in terms of accommodations is 3.57 with verbal interpretation “strongly satisfied.” The general weighted mean in terms of special events is 3.57 with verbal interpretation “strongly satisfied.”
In general, based on the answers of the respondents they overall strongly satisfied with the attributes that influence theme resort attractiveness: A case analysis of selected resorts in Dasmarinas City. 

This study examined the attributes influencing theme resort attractiveness in selected resorts located in Dasmariñas City, specifically Tubigan Garden Resort and Coco Valley Richnez Waterpark. The research focused on understanding the socio-demographic profile of guests and analyzing key factors affecting their experiences, including activities, natural attractions, destination attractiveness, accommodations, and special events. Utilizing quantitative analysis, the findings revealed that most respondents were young adults aged 18–25, predominantly female, and single. Overall results indicated a high level of satisfaction (“strongly satisfied”) across all attributes, highlighting that activities, natural features, and well-managed accommodations significantly contribute to resort attractiveness and guest satisfaction.
