Abstract
TikTok is a popular video streaming app that had just made its debut back 2018
and has gained millions of users ever since. As tons of people are using the app to
gain some attention towards themselves then it is the same for those who are using
the app to boost the people’s awareness of the products and services that they offer
and this trend has been rising steadily.
Among 100 respondents, most of them are female and of ages 18-25 with a monthly income of 10,000 PHP and below and their highest educational attainment being a high school graduate. Based on the Attention, Interest, Desire, and Action of the respondents most of the respondents have a good outlook on Belles and Blushes’ marketing strategy of using TikTok and that out of the 4 basis their videos greatly bring out the interest of their audiences on the platform. Results also revealed that socio- demographic profile and the AIDA model have little impact on each other but TikTok as a marketing medium gives out a positive feedback to business who use it as Belles and Blushes does.
The researchers recommend investing more on the videos, financially and creatively speaking, and using other platforms along with it as well. The aim of this paper is to give light on TikTok as a marketing strategy and the potential it has in terms of business, with people living in a convenient and highly digital world.
