Abstract
This book is designed for the both the Criminal Justice Education students and those professionals and or the practitioners. It is intended to meet the needs of the students while they are studying and to those professionals who needs a working knowledge of report writing. This includes the format of a Feasibility study and different forms which an individual in need of for their day-to-day writing. These forms and format are standards and it can be utilized by anybody who intend to write and prepare a report. If the students will be asked by a teacher to prepare a report they can easily make one and submit on time. If any member of the uniform sector such as the members of the Philippine National Police Bureau of Jail Management and Penology, Bureau of Fire Protection and many other agencies they can easily write and prepare their report because of the format and style. There are so many students, and uniform personnel who could hardly write or prepare a report comprehensively. As a solution to these problems this book will provide as an aid in guiding them what to write, how to write and know the format and style. The students will be trained how to conduct research through investigative report writing(on site study).

In preparing a report, the writer must have guide in preparation of her /his report and must be able to understand its importance, purposes and classification. The writer must either be a civilian or a uniform personnel. if he/she belongs to the uniform service he/she must be an investigator and must have undergone training and posses the necessary qualification to be an investigator. He must bear in mind that Miranda Doctrine is necessary prior to the conduct of investigation.

The investigator must have an idea on how to handle Records Management, its classification, document recording and filing system. He must know how to retrieve and store information and etc. He must have an idea when to schedule the periodic reports and must know how to prepare the summaries.
