Abstract
This study focused on the effectiveness of teamwork in conducting the extension activities and the experiences of the teachers during the pandemic in Cavite State University Bacoor Molino Campus. The researchers interviewed the target respondents to identify the challenges being encountered and how did they overcome those problems.
The study revealed that availability, flexibility and remote work is commonly encountered at work not just by the teacher/extortionist but also the other frontlines and students during the pandemic. In order to get past those obstacles leadership, commitment, team trust and interpersonal skills were formed among the teachers who participated in conducting the extension activities.
The extension activities that was implement by Cavite State University Bacoor campus aims to help people who are in needs, to help them grow their knowledge and skills as well as to give them encouragement. These will benefit them for their future developments.
The study result that the teamwork was effectively implemented by the teacher/extortionist, despite all the problems and challenges encountered during the extension activities, it was successfully conducted and it became helpful not only to the participants but also to the teachers who put effort and hard work on their parts, also it helps them to form a stronger bond than ever.
