This study aims to determine the Acceptability of Graham Veggies Tart in Selected 3rd year HRM Students of Cavite State University Bacoor City Campus S.Y. 2016-2017. The researcher aims to determine if the graham veggies are acceptable in terms of taste, texture, color, and appearance, and aroma. The study answered the following questions: (1) What is the demographic profile of the student in Cavite State University Bacoor City Campus in terms of age and gender? (2) what is the level of acceptability of graham veggies in terms of taste, texture, color and appearance and aroma? (3) What is the general level of acceptability? Describe Method was used in study.
The researchers conducted the study within the Cavite State University Bacoor City Campus, and they chose 72 selected 3rd year HRM to determine if the product is acceptable. Food tasting was the procedure used followed by participants answering the questionnaire which the sensory qualities were included. The researchers used Likert Scale to determine the range of acceptability of the product. Based on the findings, twenty-four are males and forty-eight are females. Most of the tallied answers are Extremely Very Acceptable.
