Abstract
Global environmental problems including pollution, greenhouse gas emissions,
and global warming are caused by rising levels of unsustainable consumerism.
Million tons of carbon dioxide were produced as greenhouse gas emissions in
the Philippines. The millennial generation is the one who is most severely impacted by
these issues. One of the newer forms of marketing that have the potential to
significantly contribute to the supply of opportunities for societal well-being is green
marketing.
The goal of this study is to ascertain how millennials' intentions to make
purchases in Bacoor City are affected by perceived innovation and environmentally
friendly marketing techniques. Since the millennial generation has been impacted by
global challenges, the researchers are particularly interested in this study since it is
crucial for promoting sustainable consumerism among people in general.
Every person is becoming more and more apprehensive and concerned about
environmental issues in today's world when so many things are happening in our
surroundings which not only harm the environment but all living creatures worldwide.
This analysis may be useful for the customers, environment, and future
researchers as it provides valuable and trustable data and insight gathered from
consumers of green marketing. The researchers used the stratified and simple random
sampling technique, the researchers select the stratum using a different probability
sampling approach.
This study’s participants were the 166 selected millennials at Villa Antonina
Subdivision in Bacoor City who experienced buying eco-friendly personal care
products. This research included all of the participants who filled out questionnaires on
Google Forms or direct surveys.
