of Republic Act No. 11313 also known as “The Safe Spaces Act” at Cavite State

The current research aimed to determine the level of compliance on the Republic
Act No. 11313 also known as “The Safe Spaces Act”. This study aims to determine the
respondents' demographic profile in terms of age, gender and year level. Additionally, to
provide knowledge for students to be aware that the Cavite State University- Bacoor
Campus is complying with Republic Act no. 11313. Researchers develop a method to
resolve student concerns with educational institutions and establish recommendation to
address the problem encountered by the students. In order to find out the recommendation
and methods this could help the researchers to identify the problems encountered by the
students in the compliance of the safe spaces act. The quantitative, descriptive research
design was used in the study utilizing a survey questionnaire. Gathering and evaluating
data to identify the problems. The researchers utilized simple random sampling technique
which researchers chose a representative from a larger population while guaranteeing that
all individuals have an equal chance of being chosen. The study interprets that the
awareness per year level differs from each other. Results from the study demonstrated the
level of compliance of safe spaces act inside educational institution. The findings showed
as complied, this indicates that the institution has executed the required measures and
policies to ensure an enjoyable and secure atmosphere for all individuals in the educational
setting. In terms of problems encountered in compliance of the safe spaces act inside the
educational institution, the result showed as serious. These serious problems emphasize the
importance of ongoing attempts to eliminate barriers and achieve full compliance with the
safe spaces act. It highlights the need to raise awareness, provide education, allocate
resources, and take a complete approach to building safe environments for all students.
