Abstract
Generally, this study was to assess the motivational factors influencing job performance of selected networking agents in Alabang – Las Piñas City. Specifically, the study aimed to identify the demographic profiles of the networking agents in job performance in selected networking companies; to identify the intrinsic factors influencing networking agents in job performance in selected networking companies; and to determine the significant difference between extrinsic and intrinsic factors to the job performance of the networking agents.
In order to attain the objectives of the study, the researchers conducted a survey in 100 respondents from selected networking companies in Alabang – Las Piñas City. In addition, the data gathered were discussed and interpreted to determine the level of influence of motivational factors on the job performance of selected networking agents. It found that the motivational factors have a huge impact on the job performance of networking agents.
Major findings were analyzed and conducted to understand the study’s results. The researcher recommended that the company should focus on motivational factors of the networking agents to be able to improve their job performance. Also, to improve the self-motivation of networking agents through different factors discussed in the study.

Description
This study assessed the motivational factors influencing the job performance of networking agents in selected networking companies in Alabang – Las Piñas City. It examined the agents' demographic profiles, identified intrinsic motivational factors, and compared the effects of intrinsic and extrinsic factors on job performance. Based on a survey of 100 networking agents, the study revealed that motivational factors significantly impact job performance. The researchers recommended that companies enhance both intrinsic and extrinsic motivators to improve agents’ self-motivation and work performance.
