This study was conducted from November 2024 to January 2025 at Cavite
State University - Bacoor City Campus. Its aimed was to assess the food safety
practices at Savor and Kribs Molino and examine their relationship with customer
satisfaction. The study sought to evaluate how these practices impacted customers
and to provide recommendations for improvement. By addressing these issues, the
study aimed to ensure that customers had access to safe, healthy food, ultimately
contributing to their overall well-being.
The research design was quantitative, utilizing descriptive research to
observe and describe the current situation without making any changes. Primary data
was collected through surveys with 240 customers at Savor and Kribs Molino using
convenience sampling. The researcher distributed the survey questionnaires in
person (paper and pen). The study used percentages, weighted means, and Pearson
correlation to examine the relationship between food safety practices and customer
satisfaction.
The findings revealed a significant positive relationship between food safety
practices and various aspects of customer satisfaction at Savor and Kribs Molino.
The strongest correlations were observed between food safety and food quality (r =
0.785), highlighting the direct impact on customer satisfaction. Food safety also
contributed to service efficiency (r = 0.521), ambiance and cleanliness (r = 0.608),
and value for money (r = 0.570), demonstrating that high food safety standards
enhanced both the dining experience and value of customers' perception. 
Description
This undergraduate thesis aimed to assess the food safety practices of Savor and Kribs Molino and examine their relationship with customer satisfaction. Conducted from November 2024 to January 2025, the study sought to determine how food safety standards influence various aspects of the dining experience and to provide recommendations for improvement. Using a quantitative descriptive research design, data were collected from 240 customers through paper-based surveys distributed on-site. Statistical tools such as percentages, weighted mean, and Pearson correlation were used to analyze the relationship between food safety practices and customer satisfaction. Findings revealed a strong positive correlation, particularly between food safety and food quality (r = 0.785), followed by ambiance and cleanliness (r = 0.608), value for money (r = 0.570), and service efficiency (r = 0.521). The study concluded that maintaining high food safety standards significantly enhances customer satisfaction and strengthens the overall dining experience.
