Abstract
ALDRIN M. PENSON and RHOCEL MAE C. TAGLE. Casa Ladrillo Event Organizer Management Information System. Undergraduate Thesis. Bachelor of Science in Information Technology Cavite State University-Bacoor City Campus, City of Bacoor, Cavite. May 2017. Adviser Mr. Joshua A. Guevarra.
This study was conducted to develop Casa Ladrillo Event Organizer Management Information System. The Casa Ladrillo uses manual system in their transactions and managing files. The system was developed to solve the problems of the sasa Ladrillo's current manual system. The system provides reservation, client list, billing, and gallery and generates reports for the admin.
Adaptive Methodology was used as the development methodology of the software. It has five processes: version scope, sycle plan, cycle build. client checkpoint, and post version.
The system was developed through the use of different tools: vb.net 2010 as the programming language and My SQL Workbench as database.
The system was evaluated using ISO 9126, based on the given criteria: Functionality, reliability, usability, efficiency and portability. Evaluation was composed of IT instructions, customers and clients. The overall rating of the system is 4.64 which is interpreted as "excellent". All the given criteria of the evaluation and targeted features and functionality of the system as well as the requirements and objectives were met.
The problem was gathered and identified with the help of the coordinator of Casa Ladrillo Event Organizer. The researchers concluded that the system was determined carefully and analyzed by the researchers. Casa Ladrillo Management Information System helped to improve the process of the event organizer.
The researcher recommends that the system may be able to implement in other platforms such as website and use a SMS Notification as reminder to the client's upcoming events and bills.
