This study was conducted during the academic year 2024 - 2025 to determine the factors affecting the traffic congestion and the problems encountered to those factors affecting the traffic congestion in Molino – Paliparan road at Barangay Paliparan 3, Dasmarinas, Cavite. In addition, this study provided recommendations that comes from the result of this study to promote better traffic movement and better living. The research randomly selected the participants from commuters, drivers, and residents of Barangay Paliparan 3. The study revealed that the road construction, monitoring of driver’s license applicants, traffic enforcement, and transition into urban environment are the major factors that affects traffic congestion. In other words, factors affecting traffic congestion comes from different aspects and needs different individual approaches to address the problems encountered to those factors that affects the traffic congestion, different kind of approach may be attained by high level of cooperation among traffic law enforcers, local government, road users, and residents of the said barangay.
