The study was conducted to develop an application for City Government of Bacoor. The software was developed for the benefit of tourist, Populace City of Bacoor, researches and future researchers. The system gives functionality which will allow aid for the Tourist, as well as the Populace City in Bacoor in viewing relevant information regarding the Bacoor.
Agile Methodology was used for the development of the system, which intended the Define, Develop, Release, and Evaluate. The system was developed using various development tools. The system used Sublime text 2 for the development of the application and web2apk builder 2.2 was used for the converter of the application and Microsoft Word 2016 for the research documentation.
The system was evaluated based on the ISO 9126 criteria: functionality, reliability, usability, efficiency, and maintainability. The software was evaluated by 12 IT Experts and 97 residents of Bacoor.
The final weighted mean for all the evaluators in android application was 4.50 which denotes Excellent. It showed that the mobile application of City Government of Bacoor satisfy the needs of the tourist, populace city of Bacoor in terms of promoting the city of transformation.
