Abstract

The study was conducted to develop an Educational android game entitled " Brain to Brain Pre-school Learning children aged 3-6 years old, in addition, it also provides an enjoyable and educational tool for the children at the same time creating an alternative learning.
The lessons were divided into three modules Alphabet, Math, and abakada and each of them contained multiple lessons. Each lesson has a quiz that the children can play mini-games at the same time to practice these alternative skills regarding the lesson.
The system was developed using the Fourth Generation technique (4GT) was used for the development of the system. It was composed of four phases, Requirements Gathering, Design Strategy, Implementation using 4GL, and Testing. The software was developed through the use of several different development tools, such as Java 8 a programming language will serve as the integrated development tools, such as Java 8 a programming language will serve the integrated development of the Android application, and SQLite server will be used as a database technology for the storage and retrieval of data, Adobe Photoshop CS6 for the editing images. Microsoft Office Word 2016 was used for documentation.
The system was evaluated based on the given criteria of ISO 9126: Functionality, Reliability, Efficiency, Maintainability, and portability.
